If your number is called while you are in transit or dining in the hospital cafeteria, the clinic secretary moves your ticket to the Buffer Lane with a 45-minute arrival grace period. When you reach the front desk, simply show your pass: the secretary clicks "Check In (+2 Slots)" and automatically positions you 2 consultations ahead in the active line.

Why do online reservations get Odd numbers and walk-ins get Even numbers?

Clinic Natin uses an Interleaved Fair Queueing Engine. Online reservations strictly receive ODD numbers (#1, #3, #5, #7...) while clinic walk-ins receive EVEN numbers (#2, #4, #6...). This guarantees fair alternation between patients who pre-booked and those who walked in early, completely eliminating hallway tension.

How does the ₱50 online reservation fee work and where do I pay the doctor?

Clinic Natin only collects a ₱50.00 platform convenience fee via QRPH (compatible with GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, and Philippine banking apps) to secure your official queue token and deliver real-time SMS turn tracking without standing in hallway lines. Clinic Natin DOES NOT collect or hold doctor consultation fees online. You will pay the attending doctor’s professional consultation fee directly to the clinic secretary at the clinic desk upon arrival (via Cash, clinic GCash, or accredited HMO). If the doctor cancels clinic or an emergency occurs before queue activation, the ₱50 fee is fully refunded to your original payment method.

How do I avail the 20% Senior Citizen (RA 9994) or PWD (RA 10754) discount?

During registration or onboarding, select "Senior Citizen" or "PWD Priority Lane" and enter your OSCA or PWD ID number. The attending secretary’s cashier screen automatically computes the statutory 20% discount and VAT exemption under BIR Revenue Regulations No. 7-2010. Please bring your physical or digital government ID to the clinic desk for visual verification.

(2) Standard Telco SIM Replacement: Under the SIM Registration Act (RA 11934), visit your nearest carrier store (Globe, Smart, or DITO) with a valid ID to obtain a replacement SIM card retaining your exact same number. Once inserted, you can log in immediately via SMS OTP. (3) Permanent Number Migration: If you bought a new number, inform the clinic secretary during your visit or contact support@clinicnatin.com to re-link your historical medical vault to your new SIM after verifying your identity.
