Tap the Profile / Account tab.
Select Account & Security Settings.
Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section.

Clear specification of data destroyed versus clinical archives maintained under Philippine law.

Permanently Erased / Purged

•Login Credentials: Passwords, MPINs, active login sessions, and auth tokens.
•Identity & Contacts: Full name, personal email, phone number, and avatar photo.
•Coverage & Secondary Info: HMO membership card numbers, PhilHealth numbers, and emergency contacts.
•Self-Logged Metrics: Patient-entered weight goals, BMI milestones, and step metrics.
•Marketing & Alerts: Push notification tokens and SMS queue alert subscriptions.

Retained per DOH Clinical Standards (10 Years)

Under Department of Health (DOH) Administrative Order No. 2016-0001 and Philippine hospital licensing regulations:

•Clinical Consultation Notes: Doctor SOAP encounters and physician diagnosis records are pseudonymized (Anonymized Subject) and placed in an encrypted archive for the mandatory 10-year statutory period.
•Electronic Prescriptions: Preserved to comply with FDA Circular 2020-007 for pharmacist dispensing integrity.
